Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma
I invented something and Im waiting on my patent.... I have someone that has done most things that are a must for international trade so fourth and so on. He is much older and wiser. So its my idea, my company and he is very much a need. He wants to have control of the money for some reason, im not sure, but how can I protect myself in this matter as well as my business if I let him have his wish. Excuse me for the long message.
