Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma
Hi my name is Joe, and recently I co-owned a business with two people. Now we are having many issues and they want to withdraw their shares. I takes about two weeks for me to put my house up with the bank to get enough money to get them out, but they keep threatening me with law suits. On paper I am the sole owner of the place, the only thing we share is a savings account. There is no official contract when they put their money in as everything was done with cash, I wrote them a piece of paper but no one signed it. What can I do? Can I kick them out, then ask to pay them through payments?

You need to get a lawyer. You may wish to contact your local police department regarding the threats.
