Which law take priority in the following situation, and why ?
Hi, I am having difficuly doing this questions, and the question comes from my text book,which is West's Business Law 7th edition. Thanks for your help.
Which law take priority in the following situation, and why ?
(1) A federal statute conflicts with the U.S. Constitution
(2) A federal statute conflicts with a state constitutional provision
(3) A state statute conflicts with common law of that state
(4) a state constitutional amendment conflicts with the U.S. Constitution

Thanks for your question. The question is confusing in the manner it is asked, if you have given me the questions as asked.
