Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma
Is this legal?
Can I manufacture and sell products with a STATE name on it?
(ie.Oklahoma). If so do I need to get permission from each state used?
Thanks,
Randy

Re: Is this legal?
You can use "Oklahoma" in the name of your product provided it does not infringe on someone elses trade name, is not used disparingly and does not mislead as to your association with the State of Oklahoma.
