As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. The answer depends on what terms and conditions you agreed to with the property owners association. You need to obtain all relevant poa documents and consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.

As a follow up to my last answer, here's something you can do that may expedite things. Ask your property owners association what term or condition you are violating by adding snacks, sodas, etc. Then ask them to put this in writing and provide supporting poa documents. You will then be in a good position to Consult with a business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
