members agreement
My husband and a partner have formed a member managed llc in Oklahoma. He was asked to provide a members agreement and operating agreement to a company he holds a contract with. We have downloaded the operating agreement but have been unable to find a members agreement. Can you help?

I just thought I would add this statement. An operating agreement and a member's agreement are one-in-the-same. It is used to establish a mutual understanding of each member's role about their relative rights and duties as a member of the LLC. I hope this helps.
