Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma
a piece of industrial equipement was borrowed from another company with the intent of using it as needed. The only contention was that the borrower would allow the lender to use this equipement when needed. Many repairs and parts were replaced and upgraded on the piece of equipment by the borrower at the borrowers expense and everytime the lender wanted to use the equipment the borrower used his labor to accomplish the task for the lender. The lender now wants his equipment back, without any notice. What are the borrower and lenders legal rights.
