If a quarantor is responsible for a commercial lease, is the guanantor still responsible if the lease icontract is determined to be void

Do you mean "guarantor" not "quarantor"?
Q: Who determined the lease contract is void?
If the court has determined the lease is void, then the guarantor is not liable.
