Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma
Salaried employees
Three salaried employees for a small business and only one actually works but all three get pay checks. The two non-working employees also get checks from the owner's business account. Is this legal?

This sounds like a partnership which usually consists of one managing partner or equal partners, either way, you all should be sharing profits, minus expenses and cost. However, this is should be equally shared. If you do not have an official operating or partnership agreement in place this is the problem. And, it is a big problem.
