Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma
I am looking into starting a payday lender business. Can I have a contract for clients to sign that states if payment has not been recieved on the promised date and is over 30 days past due, we can send a notice to their employer to have pay us directly from their wages, or would something like that have to come from a court notice?

You need to follow Oklahoma law. No, you cannot garnish wages without an order of the court. Retain a lawyer to draft your contract.
