Stealing business signs

My family and i have opened an R.V. park. Our nieghbor has made it clear that he does not want us to operate it. Since we have opened we have had to replace our business signs 5 to 6 times. We weren't sure if it was our neighbor until someone called us and told us that they saw our neighbor taking a sign and throwing it in the back of his truck. This theft is getting costly and we are not getting any business due to the lose of our signs alway disappearing. We have other advertising but in an R.V. business you need signs for travelers to see. It is really starting to wear on our emotions and making it to where we are about to say forget about it. on top of the theft our nieghbor has been killing and giving away our animals. Is there any thing that we can do beside constantly calling the sheriff and making reports. we are in the processing of having him prosecuted but he will be right out of jail and madder than ever. I am starting to get anxious that maybe they will start harassing my young childern after that. i don't know my rights on this and what i can legally do about it.

Well that sounds pretty rough. Either you get a will to kick his ass good and out of your park or you lost it::: the way it looks right now. I suggest you contact the park owners and shift the decision to them, letting them know the situation and requesting they either do or dont back their park representatives. Good Wishes.
