Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma
We are trying to Trademark a name and logo under class 30. A part of the name is conflicting with other trademark names which are registered under different classes (1, 46, 29)
Please let us know if the portion of our TM name which is registered by other businesses under different class would pose a possible conflict.?

If the TM name is "different" and NOT the "same" or "similar" you should not have any conflicts. Particularly, if they were filed under different classes.
