30 day notice to vacate

After a tenant's lease has expired, can the landlord give the tenant a 30 day notice to move?

Yes. In fact the landlord must give at least 30 day notice once the lease has expired because you are now a hold-over tenant or a month-to-month tenant. This is found in Landlord-Tenant act in Oklahoma.
