Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma
bail bonds and public defender
Do I still have the right to a court appointed attorney when I was bailed out of jail? All of my friends rallied together to get the money, but I have none for an attorney.

More than likely. Ask the court!

Different courts rule differently on this topic. Some hold that if you can afford bail you can afford to pay for your own legal representation; some hold otherwise. Your best bet is to apply for representation by the PD and see what happens.
