Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma
do i have a chance
i was in arkansas and i was arrested for possesion of marijuana and pi. The officer that arrested me never gave me breathaliser or read me my miranda rights. I was wondering do you think I can beat it? I was in arkansas when it happened but i livr in oklahoma.

Under the new RICO laws, officers are given more leverage to conduct search & seizures "with cause." As such, the obvious possessions may have immediately justified the arrest. And, any other subsequent circumstances may be subject to witness statements. Additionally, you are subjected to two different legal jurisdictions when you were arrested. If you feel that these issues are something that you can address, you certainly have the legally protected right to do so.
