Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma

I was convicted of a crime in November of 2001 and a statute was amended in November of 2002 to include my crime which bears a large negative impact on me. My question is this... Would the amended statute be considered ex post facto?

The statute is oklahoma title 57 section 582 and it was amended in November 2002 to include the crime of title 21 section 681. The current version of the statute and previous versions can be found on www.oscn.net website under the legal research link. Someone please help!

It depends on the effective date of the statute. You hopefully had an attorney & this attorney would have addressed this with you. If it was a plea, you only have a limited time to appeal your plea.
