Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma
my daughter has been threatened in person, on facebook, and texted. Then she was physically assaulted at school. What are her rights? The school principal and local police have been notified on several occasions before the assualt. I have copies of the facebook threats and texting as well as keeping a journal of times and dates of incidence and people involved.

You may want to seriously consider filing criminal charges, a civil law suit and a protectve order based on the evidence collected, particularly if the police have already completed a report.. I hope this helps.
