I am a Vietnamese woman and I married with an American man from Oklahoma City - Oklahoma. He moved to my country after 3 years we lived together in Oklahoma city. The problem is he hasn't been living with me for over 6 months. So can I submit a divorce letter to Oklahoma city court house?

If the marriage had taken place in the State of Oklahoma, you must file a divorce petition in Oklahoma to finalize or file for divorce.
