Felony

I have been accused of a felony in Oklahoma. I can prove it is false.Is there an Atorney in Oklahoma who would take this case on contingency?

Nope not anybody who is any good. Fortunately you don't need one! You have an absolute right to a free lawyer if you cannot afford one. Hence you can ask the court to appoint you counsel.

Further there is no reason to ask for contingency. If you can afford a lawyer, and you can prove that the allegations are false, then you can't lose so you should not fear payment up front. Don't forget you don't have to prove you are innocent, only that you are not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

It is illegal for an attorney to take a criminal case on a contingency fee basis.
