Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma

I filed dicrimination (T-IV) with EEOC, given right to sue letter, could not obtain lawyer, was fired as retaliation, have received 2nd right to sue letter. The problem cannot find lawyer to help fight issue of non-indians hiding behind tribal sovernity. I am a native american female. Now what?-is there a solution?
