Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma
My husband was charged with a felony when he was 18 yrs. old. He is now 54. Just to know the answer would be greatly appreciated. I am checking Civil Rights Law due to the fact I don't know what this would fall under. My question is - will this stay on his record for his life or is there anything to make it go away?

If he was charged with a felony but never convicted there is a way to go and get the record expunged. If he was convicted of the felony and all this time has passed, there is a way to get the record expunged but it is much more difficult.
