Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma
laws keeping an 18 year old from moving out
I live in Oklahoma, and was curious if
there were any laws that can keep a
legal adult (18) from moving out? I
was told that a medical history can
keep me from moving til I'm 21.

By law you are considered as an adult and we know of no such law that limit your ability to emancipate or leave. However, we say this cautiously because we do not know all the circumstances surrounding your living arrangements.
