lean on an account.
if a lawyer has put a lean on your account but it has been 4 years can you take the lean off?

In most circumstances a lien is only legal if approved by a judge in court. If a lien was (legally) placed, it cannot be removed under any circumstances without satisfying the lien amount or cause for the lien. They have no statutory limitions under these conditions.
