Multiple Employer Retaliation
Are the statutory remedies for retaliations under Title VII for all retaliatory actions directed at an employee or for each proven retaliatory act seperately?

Any form or retaliation should be reported and responded to no matter who is the victim. Particularly if the individual or group have a history of filing a complaint of wrong doing or whistleblowing.
However, if you feel you that you are being retaliated against, each incident must be well documented and evidenced to show a pattern of retaliatory behavior.
