Rights of a adhd minor being questioned

My child is adhd what are his rights as far as a princaple other than his questioning him with law enforcement presant

No child should be subjected to questioning without a parent or legal representative present. And, there are other laws to protect the child if we consider the circumstances and the mental, physical, emotional ability of the child being questioned. Particularly, it is a known fact that the individual being questioned,without proper representation, is "challenged" regarding their ability to understand or comprehend was he or she is being asked. Or this child lacks ability to mentally or physically focus on what is being said or heard. As such, if a child (as defined by law) was questioned, particularly due to a felony or crime that he/she "allegedly" committed, there are many legal and ethical concerns that need to be addressed on their behalf.
