how long does a notice of service of publication for divorce need to be run in a newspaper in oklahoma three or four weeks

You can contact you the Oklahoma County District Court. They will provide an answer for you and instruct or assist you in executing publication or notice for a fee. However, I recommend that you publish your notice in the Journal Record in lieu of the newspaper.
