shared fences rural
I would like to know which half of a shared fence is mine. My neighbor has vines growing on his side it is breaking down the fence,who is responcible.

The answer to this question would depend on the actual "owners" of this fence. By owner we mean the one who has the right to possess, use, and convey something. In legal terms it is the one who holds legal title to property for the benefit of another. In most cases, shared fences are incidental based on ownership by you or your neighbor. As such, the owners must be responsible for any negligence or damages that may result due to any abnormal use of the fence or any shared property.
