Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma
Son
I have a 17y old son,on mothers day he was accused of an offense. Wednesday the washington county DHS and an investigator come to the peoples house, they told them they might loose their kids because of letting him spend the night, (quote- they knew how he was and his past, end quote. My son has no past of this offense on record or off. They have went to everywhere he could stay and done this, now we had to move him to a boys home . Can they be sued for harassment and undo process? He has not been charged with any crimes or questioned.I would like a lawyer outside of Washington county to answer!
