statue of limitations
i was pulled over and released saying i have a warrent out and need to take care of it, turns out it is bad checks for $800.00 written 8 years ago. What is the statue of limitation on this in Oklahoma.?

Court actions are usually 10 years but all limitations defer depending on the offense and if the action taken was in or out of court. Either way, you can research this on the internet by looking up the Statutes Of Limitations (SOL)for this and/or other offenses that may be protected under the SOL.
