Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma
stolen property- Can we recover loses?
My dtg spent the night with a friend who both are in their teenage yrs. She accidently left 35 Cds and my portable Cd player over at her friend's house when I picked her up. We have not been able to get any back. I confronted her mom, with a list of all missing, and they agreeded to pay the amt. missing in cash with payments. The girl said she took the cds and player over to a friends house and someone took them. They have not made any attempts to pay back or keep us informed. Help please.

Such matters are often resolved by litigation in small claims court. No lawyers required.
