Internet Music Download Law
After all the changes to internet download laws, what is the new music download law? Is it leagal to download music for free or can you pay per song and keep it leagal.

The copyright is owned by the music label or artist etc. It is both a crime and grounds for a lawsuit to download copyrighted material absent the owner's permission. However, hardly anyone is ever prosecuted or sued.
