Legal Question in Technology Law in Oklahoma

Nudity pics posted on internet

My sister in law, hacked my yahoo account, and my myspace, and took very private pictures I had sent to my husband overseas while he was in Iraq serving our country, and posted them on the internet, as far as I know, just myspace, I want to know what can be done! The cops said they can't do anything, so i need legal advice please, give me the best thing I can do!

You could consider suing her for the theft of your property and subsequent unauthorized use and publication. As well, you could ask for an injunction to compel removal of the photos.
