Underage pictures of teens on websites - not porn.

I'm an underage teenager with a personal website. I have some pictures of my friends on this website. Is it technically illegal to put pictures of them on my website without their parents permission?

To be a problem it must damage them in some way. Provocative can be as bad as porn, and making a profit from it is bad. However, I do not see a problem with pix of folks doing wholesome things, etc. Why don't you send me a link to your page and let me have a look.
