Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Oklahoma
I have found a mistake on a contract that I have just signed. The mistake is really that big but yet its a
mistake never the less. the payment due date is not right its supposed to be 2/15/12 but they put 2/15/24. What i would like to know is this contract valid or invalid? Also what are the Oklahoma Laws for this kind of thing? Thank You

If the parties all realize this was a typo, then the error does not invalidate the contract. The due date is 2/15/12. That is the date you actually agreed to.
If one or more parties does not agree that this was a typo, then the error may or may not affect the contract's validity. That will depend upon other facts.
The written document is evidence of what you agreed to, but in this case the evidence contains an error. What matters is the actual agreement. The purpose of the written document is to make a record of what the actual agreement was. Errors like this one do not supplant or negate the agreement the parties reached.
