Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Oklahoma
I am a states witness in a state case and I was contacted on facebook by a woman claiming to be a journalist in new york reporting on my case in Okalahoma I told her I was not intrested in being in a story and she put me in the story anyways what can I do?

Nothing. We have a free press in this country. Newspapers are free to report about court cases, including the witnesses. You were within your rights when you declined to speak with the reporter, but you had no right to prevent her from discussing you in the article. Unless the article defamed you, invaded your privacy, etc., the reporter and the paper did not violate your rights.
