Bacharach. The violation notice box is checked.!The line that has violation of title is blank. The line that has United States Code,Sections is blank.Underneath where it says brief description of offense it is typed:VIOLATION#2518011-MALICIOUS INTERFERENCE OF COMMUNICATIONS LINE STATIONS and Violation #3137101-THREATENING COMMUNICATIONS.Where the line that says Name and Title of Issuing Officer it has printed Robert D. Dennis,COURT CLERK.Next to that it is signed Lesa Boles for signature of issuing officer. The summons was just left in my mail box.The box that says served personally upon the defendant is unchecked, the box that says left summons at the defendant's dwelling house or usual place of abode with a person of suitable age and discretion then residing therein and mailed a copy of the summons to the defendant's last known address.Name of person who the summons was left: is also blank. The box that says returned unexecuted is blank also.Everything else on the page is blank as well.Where it says Ideclare under penalty of perjury uner the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing information returned on is also blank.Name of United State Marshal line is blank and line that says by United States deputy Marshall is blank, unsigned as well. What does this mean?Do they have the right to issue a warrant for my arrest if I do not show up to answer for the summons?
