Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oklahoma
Auto Title laws and ?'s
I bought a used car from a private party, I got a bill of sale that also states that I will get the title as soon as the owner gets a duplicate. Well it's been 3 months now and the seller won't even take my calls. Do I have to take him to court now?

Possibly you'll need to take him to court. You might try contacting the state Attorney General's office as it handles many consumer compliants.
