Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oklahoma
My husband & I bought a car in 2004, we were approved for the loan through Ford Motor Credit, we dorve the car home that night & was told to come back the next day to sign final paperwork. The next day we went in to sign the paperwork & was told do to the fact that my husband has diabetes ford added extra insurance into the contract that we were required to have & if we did not sign the paper for the insurance we would not get the loan. Was this legal?
