Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oklahoma
My husband is in a wheelchair and very active. We ordered a camper from Dunesport Toy Haulers. We paid extra money to have it wheelchair accessible and lowered. It was not lowered at all. We were told it would take 10-12 weeks to finish. It took 5 months and several phone calls. When we finally picked it up, the quality of the camper was not what we expected. It was not lowered, the "roll in Shower", was not sealed, the water ran all over the bathroom. They showed a picture on the website of a small child operating the back door--I, as the only person that can operate the door, can barely lift the door by myself. We went ahead and left with the camper, because we figured that we would lose our down payment, since it says that there is no refund. When we returned with the camper we took it to a RV repair service center to get the things fixed. Dunesport Toy Haulers have not called back the RV repair service center. We have made the first payment on this. Is the any way legally we can get out of this purchase?

If a contract was signed outlining these repairs, they have breached this contract. ,Either way, it is recommended that you take this to civil court and make sure you support your situation and/or circumstances with pictures.
Especially, because the case has caused hardships and or harm to a handicapped individual.
