Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oklahoma
Played for a fool...
I bought an ''as is'' vehicle, which was the first mistake I did, but I was told and reasured that this vehicle was in perfect shape, nothing wrong with, so I bought the car thinking it was a good deal and good enough for me and my baby. But 5 days after I bought the thing it started messing up. I have been lied to from day one about this vehicle and didn't know if there was anything I could do about it??

Unfortunately the "as is" purchase was likely a really bad mistake. You could try to argue the sales rep misrepresented the deal or defrauded you in some way. You might try contacting the State Attorney General's office for information on consumer protection, but if you knowingly bought into an as-is product, the odds are against you going into it.
