Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oklahoma
Water Meter
My sister inlaw is having my water meter pulled from my property. What legal radifications can I take against her if she does. I paid for the meter twice already! But she had it in her name because I was in Florida and she already had an account with the water company. My house came with appenditures, and 6 months later I gave her $650 for meter and water company membership. Now I am sorry I gave her the money, as I don't have it to pay again.

Re: Water Meter
I'm sorry but the question isn't clear. If the property is yours, and you pay the city for the water but the account is not in your name, then you might go to the city and change the account.
