Credit Card Debt

If i get a summons to go to court about a credit card, do i have to show up?

Re: Credit Card Debt

If you do not answer the petition in a timely manner or show up if the case is in small claims court, a default judgment will be granted for the amount of the debt plus interest, court costs and attorney fees.
