Can you get items removed from your credit report, if you are not held liable by the courts due to a temporary order?

The temporary order obligates one spouse to pay the debt. It does not alter the legal relationship between parties with the creditor. So, a temporary order is not a basis to remove credit information. Refinancing the debt or transferring the debt to one spouse would remove a credit obligaton.
