debt owed

I have been issued a summary judgement on a debt owed. My financial situation is grave. Just laid off from a company and I'm on Trade Adjustment Assistance since my job went overseas. I wondering what I can do next about the summary judgement?

Have you looked into bankruptcy? More likely than not the judge will grant the summary judgment. The creditor eventually will try to collect the debt through garnishment or some other manner.
