Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
2nd offense-felony drug charges
My brother was arrested while on a 20yr deferred sentence for the same crime of manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance. I would like to hire a native american attorney who could possibly have him commited to a medical facility. I have little money but believe he is rehabilitive, he was a model citizen until his divorce 4 years ago. I understand he will receive some kind of conviction for violating his probation if convicted on this 2nd offense. Is there any way you could lead me in the right direction on locating a lawyer and any rights he may have.
