Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
Im a 19 year old male, a couple of weeks ago i was driving a friend home late one night after he and some others had helped me do some moving into my new home. Well when were on our way i was pulled over for speeding, well we end up getting harrassed and told to exit the vehicle, now nothing was found in my truck or on either of us. Then a dog was called in and a bag of marijuana was found in the grass on somebody elses property. But now i am out over 900 dollars for my bond and getting my truck out of the impound and my supposed friend admitted that the bag was his. Now im facing a 2 year deffered sentence and 10 days in county jail. What should i do?

You should get a competent attorney that knows how to handle these types of case. And you better be prepared to go to trial because that is what you may need to do. I hope your friend will come to your trial and admit that the marijuana was his.
