Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
14 year old warrent
I have an arrest warrant for failure to appear on charges of burglary in california it was 14 years ago can i still be arrested for it and how do i get it off my record i live in oklahoma now and have for the last 14 years

Yes, you can and will be arrested for this if you ever get pulled over or give the police any other reason to check to see if you have any warrants. You will sit in jail while California decides if they will extradite you or not.
There is no way to "get this off your record" other than going to California and dealing with it.
