Age of Consent
I am currently 16 in oklahoma and I was wondering whether or not a 25 year old male can go to jail or get in any sort of trouble for dating me? The age of consent is 16 but I am confused whether that is with or without parent's permission. Thanks!

I have never heard of any type of age of consent for dating in Oklahoma or any other state. Therefore, parents' permission would be irrelevant.
The 16 age of consent you are talking about is consent for having sex. There is no parental permission required. Also the age of consent is 20 if you or anyone between 16 and 19 is a student and the 25 year old is an employee of the same public or private elementary or secondary school, junior high or high school, or public vocational school.
