What happens if an arrest warrant is issued right before the arraignment day? Will the person get arrested at arraignment?

I am not sure if I understand the question. I think the question is this: If a person has an arraignment on one case scheduled and then has an arrest warrant issued for another case issued before that arraignment, what will happen. The person will almost for sure be arrested on the new warrant when he shows up to court on the other case. I see this happen all the time. This is especially true of the new warrant issued is in the same county. Sometimes if a warrant is issued in a different county the DA and sheriff don't know about it unless they specifically check.
