Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
I was arrested and went to jail my bond was $30,000 and bail was 10%($3,000) so I called a bail bondsman and he got me out with no money. I have paid him $2,000 and today my case was dismissed. Do i still owe the other $1,000? And what happens if I dont pay it

This question is more of a contracts question than a criminal law question. The short answer is yes. You entered into a contract with the bail bondsman to pay them the $3,000. In exchange for that promise, they put up the $30,000 to release you from jail. The $3,000 commission is earned once the defendant is released on a Bail Bond.
If you chose to not pay the remaining $1,000 then you could find yourself back in court facing a civil lawsuit for breach of contract.
